Biological filter achieved!

Finally it is ready for fish!

So what does that mean? Yesterday I added 4 mg of amonia per little. The good bacteria transformed that amonia in nitrite (no2) and then, that nitrite was transformed in the nitrate (no3) that we can see in the readings.

This means that the waste produced by the fish (amonia) will be transformed in safe nitrate fast enough for it to be safe for the fish. That also means that your don’t need to do as many water changes because the water will stay cleaner longer!. It was worthy
 to wait.
